How do I edit a scanned document in Office Picture Manager?
I have just scanned a document into Office Picture Manager. It is an
application form, where I need to type-in my name, address, etc. onto several
different lines. But I don't know how to do so. Can I edit scanned
documents in Office Picture Manager? Thank you!

Here are the available Edit options in Office Picture Manager:
Brightness and Contrast
Color
Crop
Rotate and Flip
Red Eye Removal
Resize picture
Compress file size
Note that the list includes *no* text recognition, or text-edit options.
To scan text in an editable format, you need OCR (Optical Character
Recognition) software.
Most scanners ship with rudimentary OCR software.
To scan forms in an editable format, you need OCR software with *form
handling* capabilities, such as
OmniForm, sold by Nuance.
