Default How do I convert photos to the jpgs format?

Good day. I have save a number of photos in a old ms OS, namely w2000, and I
finally realize that I can't download, until I convert them to jpgs. I could
use some help. Thank you, in advance.

Could use more information.

You saved your photos using some image format. You need to locate a image
program that will open your current files {image programs will not open all
available image file formats}. Then just save the image choosing the *.jpg
file format.

If compatible with your current image format, Office Picture Manager, Paint
etc can do the job.
