how can I stop automatic picture saving?

any website I visit, I will find all of the Images in office pictures.
However, I need to stop this option.

Are you looking in the temporary internet files folder with Microsoft
Office Picture Manager. Clean out "temporary internet files" in Internet
Options, and don't point Picture manager at that folder.
