If you have Office 2003, then you can purchase the Proofing Tools CD for
Office 2003 and install the Romanian proofing tools from that. The
Proofing Tools CD for Office 2003 is no longer available for purchase
directly from Microsoft, but you may be able to find it at online retailers.

If you have Office 2007, then you can purchase a Romanian language pack
