how can i put 2 pictures side by side to make as one "HELP" plezz

i am trying to make 2 photos into one photo i want to put two faces
(husband&wife) together from two diffrent photos can i do this and if i can
could you plase assist i have got both images on microsoft office pictures
manager but i cant seem to bring them together i also have Picasa photo suite
standard.

You need a decent photo editing program - nothing in Office will really
work. I'm not saying it can't be done but programs like Microsoft's Digital
Imaging or Adobe's Photoshop Elements would be a MUCH better option.

Paint.NET is a free program, it will do what you are asking.
