Default how can i protect my files from copying, deleting or opening with.

I just want to protect my files from copying ofcourse i want my permission
first or accidentally deleted it on my hard drive or prevent it from
opening....

I want to do this for some of my files save on my pc its very confidential..

Not a feature of Office, and IF you allow anyone unlimited access to
your computer, not much you can do about it with Windows security
either. Actually any operating system for that matter.
