how can i get a template for employees annual leave dues calculati

i checked in all the available templates but found nothing which can help
calculate the annual leave dues of employees,number of days due as on a
particular date etc.

You may just have to create it yourself. Each company calculates the number
of days differently.

It sounds like you might need to hire a consultant who can provide that
service for you to build an template in an Office application to meet your
needs.
