You don't. You change the attributes after you copy it to your hard drive
for editing.

This forum is for peer support for Microsoft Office. It's not clear if your
question relates to Office. If it does, could you please post back more
details about what you are trying to accomplish, what version of Office,
what operating system, and what steps you have taken?
