Default How can I allow a program to send mail thru outlook 2000

I have a Visual 6.0 buildscript that wil send me a mail thru outlook 2000
when the build failed. IN outlook 2000 how ever I get a warning because it
thinks the mail is send because of a virus and I have to click yes twice to
allow it. I find this very annoying. is there any way to enter a setting that
I want a specified programm to send mail in my behalf?
This problem did not excist in outlook 98.
