Default How to avoid opening alert message when click on hyperlink files?

I am using office 2003 . When click on hyperlinks that contain files excel
(or in Word)
ask for opening alert message like this "The file may contain harmful
viruses. Would you like to open the file? I want to get rid of this message.
Actually i am going to
open and save the file through macro programming. How to do this?
