Default Hi. How do I cut and paste two cropped photographs into one

i.e. two pictures of hands,left and right.... cropped pictures cut and
paste into one picture which would be of of two held out
hands...............Thankyou for your time.

Use MS Paint, it's part of the default install of your Windows operating
system.
