Help needed on Recycle Bin

On my desktop computer when I click "Explore" on the recycle bin it shows
what items are in the recycle bin.

On my laptop however when I click on "Explore" it does not show what is in
the recycle bin.

How can I fix my laptop recycle bin so I can know what is in it?

I am afraid to delete anything in it before making sure what is in it.

The Recycle Bin is part of your Windows OS not Office. Post your question to
the group for your version of Windows.
