Handwriting Recognition for Chinese IME Pad?

I reformatted my computer a while back, and didn't get around to reinstalling
Chinese IME until today.

But when I installed Chinese IME, I couldn't get the handwriting recognition
to work.

Before I reformatted my computer, the IME Handwriting Recognition function
worked perfectly. I don't know what the problem is now.

I've looked around MS.com, but most places give me instructions for MSWord
2003 or Office XP, neither of which I have. I have Microsoft Office 2007!

I really want to use the handwriting recognition. Please help me.

I am using Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 on a Laptop? I'll look
through the website too though.
