Default Guidance with converting Outlook messages w/attachments

Not sure if this is at the right subject category...

We have a need to automate the conversion of Outlook messages with
attachments to then convert these to a file format that will be posted to a
web site or a blog site. I expect that this can be scripted and automated
but I am looking to see who may have done it and if there are utilities
available.

Rough requirements:

1) mail messages received in an e-mail box
2) messages may have attachments - word, excel, power point, .pdf
3) convert messages to a standard file format
4) save converted messages to a location that will be accessed via browser
5) archive original message for e-Discovery support

Let me know if there are questions or if you know of a solution.

Thanks,
Scot
