I'm using groove in two computers called "John & Mary". The file that we
are having problems with is call "Client map" in excel. All the files in
computer John and Mary are sync correctly, however the file call "client map"
keeps duplicating itself in both computers as "Client map" (Johns's file),
"Client map" (Mary's file), "Client map" (John's and Mary's file) so on and
on. In a week of sync there are about 8 different combinations of this
particular file"Clinent map" in excel. The file does contain hyperlinks,
however they all seem to work. Also, every version of the "client map" file
it seems that ther is only few files or updates that are missing from each
other. NEED HELP PLEASE!
As a guess it sounds as if perhaps folks are simultaneously editing copies of the same file, or that it links to shared content, but
you may want to also post this in the Groove discussion group using the link below.
