Default Groove Archiving and Backup

At work we are trying to use a workspace for each project we are working on.
This can amount to quite a few workspaces. How do we archive workspaces or
make them inactive after the job is complete and how do we backup all data?

I believe the second answer has to do with groove server but im not very
experienced with this.

Default RE: Groove Archiving and Backup

You can use Groove Servers solution. GEDB (Groove Entreprise DataBridge)
embed a Backup System.

If you do not have - or do not want to have - Groove servers, you can use
third party solutions... Have a look to GForceBackup from Dicodemy
(www.dicodemy.net). It is really a good tool...

Hope it helps...
