An employee was using Groove and created his account using the option for "I
don't have a Groove Account Config. Code" option. Our company moved domains
and usernames so a new local profile was created. Now he needs to be able to
log into Groove using his old account. He did not save his account before we
changed his profile. The old Windows profile is still on the machine. Is it
possible to still transfer the Groove account?
Thank you,
Laura Menard
You may want to use the link below to post the question to the MS Office Groove discussion group and when posting there include the
version of Groove being used.
