Grayscale images

How do I grayscale an image in Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Use an editing program, or even Word. Paint.NET is free and will do what you
want.

If what you want to do is to print grayscale vice changing the image file to
grayscale, just select printer preferences in the Picture Manager Print
Wizard and choose grayscale. Printer drivers I have used all have a print
grayscale option.

Select the picture, Click Picture, Color, and Drag "Saturation" left.
