Default Getting rid of "full screen view"

I viewed my document in full screen mode for a moment, then went back to
normal view. Now how do I get rid of the little floating window that says
"Full Scren View / Close Full Screen View"?

Thanks.

Default Re: Getting rid of "full screen view"

Normally, it goes away automatically. Sometimes it gets stuck however (a
display problem--it happens to me sometimes, too--but only in Vista).

Try this:

Choose View - Full Screen to turn Full Screen back on.

Double-click the top (Full Screen) of the floating toolbar. This will force
it to the top of the Word window.

Click Close Full Screen. The Full Screen toolbar should now be gone.

Note: the next time you use Full Screen mode, the toolbar will now be at the
top of the window, rather than floating. You can draw it away from the top
to make it float again, but you might encounter this problem again, too.
