Fonts are too large

After installing Quick Books on my hard drive, the fonts in all my office
applications are too big. I adjusted everything in the control panel/display
and it fixed the desktop fonts, but not the ones in M/S Office or Internet
Explorer.
If I change the pixels on my screen resolutions, I can't see my left margin.
