It is possible to do this?

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Office.
You cannot do what you propose from within any Microsoft
Office application.

Not natively in Windows, and Office hasn't anything to do with it. But
you could search at Google for a Windows Explorer replacement that does
that. try searching for "File Commander" and "colored file names".
