when I try to bring up my files a "File Conversion" box comes up with "select
the coding that makes your document readable" message "Text encoding" is set
on "Windows Default" but the Preview shows only a bunch of unreadable
gobblygook. When I hit "Okay" this stream of symbols and random letters
appears.
Anybody help?
