Default Excel hyperlinked to Word doc(s)

I have hyperlinked Excel cells (hundreds of them) into specific text in Word
documents.

I'd like to be able to show/view all of the tags/links in the Word document
when viewed in word (e.g. - easily see what has been linked back to the Excel
doc)

Can anyone suggest a way to do this?

Hi Chris,

It can depend on a couple of variables, but you can start with using Alt+F9 to toggle the field codes vs the field results (items
are linked via fields). Some of them may not appear if they're treated as 'wrapped' grahics.

You can also try using Edit=>Links (or if you're in Word 2007
Office Button=>Prepare=>Edit Links)
to see a listing of linked items.

Bob - Thanks!!

Two things - in "Edit" - "Links" is greyed out. I was trying to figure out
why a few days ago. Any thoughts?

I'm using Word 2003 SP3

I did go to Tools-Optios-View and checked Show Bookmarks

That gave me light grey block parens around all e.g. - [.....]

If I could find a way to change the light grey to a color that would stand
out more, I'd be all set.

Thx!!
