Default Excel 2002 - Toggle between absolute and relative cell reference

I am copy cells from one sheet to another and I would like to change their
reference from relative to absolute once I've made the initial copy. My
instruction say to use the F4 key, but my new keyboard does not support those
functions. (MS Wireless Natural Multi-media Keyboard). Is there any other
way to perform the toggle function?
