email distribution list

i am new at business contact manager and i was wondering if there was any way
to make an email distribution list on it that is pretty simple. all it has so
far is an option for me to make a marketing campaign type thing and thats not
going to work for me. if anyone knows how to make a distribution list using
BCM please let me know asap. much appreciated
