Default down loaded version of office 2007 and my laptop is failing

i need to transfer my down loaded office 2007 to another computer

This is why you should have backed up that download. You can't just pick the
files you need off of one hard drive and put them on another.

is it to late to save what i have only the screen went bad and i am able to
use a external monitor so please help

Since you apparently have no backup, you could try an external monitor, you
would then need to copy all data and the office download file to media in
order to transfer to your new system.
If that doesnt work, you / somebody will have to remove the HD from the
failed system and connect it in some way (external drive casing) to your new
sys in order to copy the required files.

You need to do a couple of things.
1. Contact the place where you bought Office and ask them how you can
download it again.
2. Hook up a monitor so you can save your work files.
