Different languages do not come up in my research task pane.

Different languages do not come up in my research task pane.

When I go to the research task pane, and get to translation, there are no
languages there. How do I get them to pop up? Also, when I click on the
research pane, it says installing microsoft components. It says it everytime
I get on!
