Default Doc Info Panel file

Hello folks,

I have some problems with Document Information Panel file.
Could somebody tell me that what is default name and location of the
Document Information
Panel file?

Can I copy it some where place or DVD?

I haven't any server software like InfoPath or SharePoint in my workstation.
