cropped a picture, print on wallet size and head is cropped off

I am using Microsoft Office Picture Manager and I cropped some pictures,
went to print them off and the heads of the people are cropped. Is there an
easy fix without re-editting and guessing?

Don't crop to odd shapes. Precrop to 3x4 Portrait or Landscape as
necessary. Shift the crop area so the heads aren't removed.
