A couple of office 2007 issues

1) In Excel 2007 my horizontal scroll button on my mouse does not scroll the
spreadsheet. I have reloaded mouse software, reapplied etc. and still does
not work.

2) Is there any way to get color on the active/inactive bar at top of
window like all other applications in Windows do. I have active window one
color and inactive another color. All office 2007 apps have a gray color to
them.
