Counting Down from a certain date

Hi,
I need to countdown the amount of days from a future date to today (the day
that I open my excel spreadsheet). The Future date for example is 20th August
2007. Does anyone know how I can have it set-up so that when I open excel it
will continue counting down the amount of days from the 20th August to the
day i open the file. ie. 20th August to today (10th April) may be 125 days,
but when I open excel tomorrow (11th April) it will say 124 days.
Is this possible?
