Default Converting 1-2-3 Files to Excel Format

I have data on Lotus 123 that I would like to convert to Excel 97. Can you
help me do that?

Have you tried to open a Lotus123 file in Excel97 ? If so, you should be able to
Save-As to an Excel format. You may have some problems with complicated
formulas.
