consolidated invoice tracking workbook

I would like to be able to track invoices submitted for payment (this would
include automatic calculation of total spent to date and balance of budget;
additionally it calculate consolidated spreadsheet of expenses for each
service provided and cost center.

You need something like Quickbooks.
