Default configuration box reappears

I have office 2007 installed ona terminal server along side of Office 2003.
When certain users log on, even the administrator, they get a "office
configuration" box that take a while to complete. After which Office
operates normaly. Why does this happen. Can something be done to keep this
from continuing?

Hi Matt,

The information here may help. I've not tested if the registry settings behave differently in a thin client environment.
