command is missing or is unavailable in Excel 2007, in PowerPoint

The Send command is unavailable.
The E-mail command is missing.

I followed the article ID: 918792 step by step and created 7 strings.

I'm still having issue the command is unavailabe " Shaded". We are using
Lotus Notes 7.0.3 and would like to have this features working with Lotus
Notes.

Any Help would be nice.
