Default Color in Menu lost, Office 2007

Hello, I have lost color in menu and color in excel Sheets. Round Menu button
is b/w, some menu-icons have color but most not.

Excel show no color in Cells, but will print them, means no Backround-Color
or Text-color but a printout shows selected backround or font-color.

Any ideas??

Have you turned on High Contrast or other Accessibility options in Windows?

No.
It's really crazy, some menu-icons have color, some non.
A new user on the same machine has correct colors in menu and cells.
it hits Word, excel, outlook AND the mapdisplay from Autoroute2007. The map
is displayed in b/w any other in color. Really funny....

Since Autoroute 2007 is also affected, it sounds like a Windows issue, not
specifically an Office issue.

I haven't been able to locate anything specific about this on Google or
Google Groups, though.

What version of Windows are you using?

Try right-clicking the desktop and choosing Properties. What do you have set
on the Appearance tab? If you choose Windows XP Style for Windows and
Buttons and set one of the typical color schemes for the color scheme, does
that fix it? (I'm wondering if modifications to the Windows colors have
affected the Office ribbon.)

Also, on the Settings tab, make sure your color quality setting is at
32-bit.
