"CiceroUlWndFrame" error (Not Responding) upon Windows Shutdown

I was told it was due because of the following and instructed on
how to resolve it...but there's a glitch. First read about problem.

This error is caused by the "Speech and Handwriting
Recognition" feature of MS Office. You can turn this
feature off by going to the Add/Remove Programs applet in
Control Panel. Click on the entry for MS Office and then
on "Change". Browse to "Office Shared
Features," "Alternative User Input," and make Speech and
Handwriting Recognition (both) "Not available" from the
drop-down box.

Now for the glitch. When I was unable to follow those instructions
because those features aren't an option on the add/remove
programs list, this is what the technician told me:

Something apparently has changed, either with an update or Service Pack, but
it can't be accessed the way it used to be. I would recommend you post about
this in the Microsoft Office discussion group.

And so here I am, eager to get some help. Thank you.

Hi Lisa,

It's not clear at what point you're not seeing the entries.

If you're using Microsoft Office are you not seeing the Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove Programs or after you use 'change'
for Microsoft Office are you not finding the specific advanced features list?
