Chinese Font Problem

Current System:
-WinXP SP2 English Version
-Office 2003 SP2 English version

Operaton:
-Installed Office MUI package Chinese Simplified version which including
"�文楷体"
-Or, install the "�文楷体" from "Control Panel"->"Fonts"
-Have updated the Windows system update from Microsoft website for all the
critical packages

Problem:
-The PPT or Word will run slowly when choose the fonts as "�文楷体"

Question:
-Any solution to solve the problem?
-Is the Office MUI package the only way to install the "�文楷体"? Any other way
to install this font?
