Default Changing OCR language to Chinese (Simplified)

Does anyone know how to change the OCR Language setting in Microsoft Office
Document Imaging (MODI) to Chinese (Simplified)? Currently, in my OCR
Language drop-down box I can only select English, French, or Spanish.

According to Microsoft's official site, I should also be able to select East
Asian languages, like Chinese (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...193611033.aspx)

Here is some info about my system set up:
- Windows XP Professional, Version 2, SP 2
- MODI version 11.0.1897.0
- From Control Panel|Regional and Language Settings, I have already
installed the files for East Asian languages, and rebooted.
- From "Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings",
-- My confirmed "enabled languages" are English, Chinese (Simplified),
Chinese (Traditional). English is the default.
-- "About Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings" tab: I have the Office
2003 Proofing Tools which includes Chinese.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
