Default Change "Open" target location

Office 2007 - When I choose the open button to open a new document in either
Excel or Word I want to change it so it looks right away starting in my F:
drive instead of my C: drive. How do I change this so when I hit the open
button it starts looking in my F: drive first so I don't have to keep
switching.

Thanks

Click the Office button, then the Options button at the bottom right of the
menu. Go to the Save tab of the dialog and change the "Default file
location" to the folder you want to open on F:.

You'll have to do this separately in each of the programs.
