Default cannot view picture sent in email only view box with red cross in.

Having problems viewing photos sent in e mails .
Cannot download them into Picture file
Box has red cross in it and I have manually changed e mail content criteria
but I can only view photo in e mail message I cannot save it or print it out

What e-mail program are you using, and what version of it?

When you say it's a box wtih a red cross, does that mean *after* you try to
save it to your computer?
