cannot load practice templates for 2007

I have all requirement necessary to load the practice templates but I cannot
load them. The message I receive is "The template for your practice sesssion
cannot be downloaded at this time because of a problem on a microsoft office
online server". Can anyone help me?

Can you accept the ActiveX control?

Have you emptied your temporary cache lately? In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete files.
