Can't import CSV's from Excel 2007 to Outlook 2007

I've tried to import a csv from excel 2007 to outlook 2007 and I keep getting
this error message. Please help!

TRANSLATION ERROR

An error has occurred in the Microsoft Office Outlook Translator while
initializing a translator to build a field map.

Internal Error: Unable to load File Access Engine (.FAE) DLL, additional
Outlook translators can be instaled from the Valupack."

I've posted this on another forum but nobody has responded in months. I'm
also posting this in the Outlook forum if this is one.
