Default Can't get to Publisher 98 Program

Because of a cracked motherboard, I had to put my hard drive into another
computer (as a slave). When it was in my original computer the drive name was
"F". Now when I try to open my Publisher files on the second computer (with
both drives - now labeled "C" and "D") it responds as if the program does not
exist. If I go into each drive, as if to reinstall, remove, or add/remove, I
can see the file but the path is listed as F: Can anyone tell me how I
might be able to get to this program and use it?

You will have to reinstall any programs that were on your old PC/drive to
your new PC.

You cannot use any programs that were installed on your old drive, you can
only access data on your old drive.
You can only remove programs on your old drive by deleting them in Explorer
