Can print from Excel, Powerpoint, but Word docs print blank

Client has Vista Ultimate, Office 2007, all fully patched. No problem
printing from any app, including Excel & Powerpoint, but every Word document
prints blank. Client downloaded a templace from Office Update. Problem
developed at that time. Have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Office,
but problem persists. Something left around in AppData or perhaps the
registry???
