can ms outlook 2000 block e-mail IF not matched in address book?

can microsoft outlook 2000 sr-1 block unwanted e-mail -IF- incoming unwanted
emails do not match contacts listed in address book?????

Not that I know of - it has been a long time but I do recall that Outlook 2000's spam blocking abilities were very limited.
