Can I add Access to Office Home & Student?

I have MS Office Home & Student. I am considering getting Access. How could I
add Access 2007 to the computer?

Buy and install it. How else could you do it?

By simply installing it

Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student is a qualifying product for Access
2007 upgrade version. See:
