I have telecommuting staff that want to show their time out of the office as
a different color/category than the four listed (free, tentative, busy, out
of the office). Can additional items be added to this drop-down menu?
You could use "Label" to change the Color in the Calendar.

I've tried that and it works for my calendar but what I'm really after is for
when people are trying to schedule an appt with me, it shows up in a
different color to alert them that I'm available but not in the office. If I
use label, it just has one of the four colors that show up...any other
thoughts?
