buy 2003 licence

Is there any way I can purchase another licence for office 2003. I have put
in on my desktop pc and my old laptop. But my laptop got stolen and I have a
new 1 now. But i cant activate 2003 on the new laptop. Would activationg it
over the phone work instead of the internet??????

It depends on the Licence you have for 2003, if it allows installation on
both Desktop & Laptop then use phone activation.
Presumably if the new Laptop came with a trial version you uninstalled this
prior to installing 2003

Did you try activating it by phone? Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
