When I load Office Professional 2003, it loads fine. However, when I load
the Business Contacts, the install goes fine but I am never asked to create a
database and the business contacts menu never apperars in Outlook. Under
Start/All Progrms/Microsoft Outlook With Business Contacts, only Business
Contact Manager Help and View The Tours comes up.

After furious head scratching, Mike asked:

Thanks for the info, Milly. It didn't solve the problem but it was a helluva
good try. I appreciate the time.
